This spacious, five bedroomed house is quietly located on the sixth fairway. The front garden is partly driveway [enough for four cars] and grass bordered by oleanders, a jacaranda, pomegranate, palms, a Norfolk pine and other trees. From the front patio double doors lead to the hall with a staircase to the tower and library. The lounge dining room leads to the back porch and garden. Three of the bedrooms have double beds with ensuite bathrooms; the fourth and fifth bedroom [small and for summer use with access from the garden] share the family bathroom. The house has fibre optic [600mbps] wifi, UK and European TV, gas central heating and is part air-conditioned [ideal for both summer and winter guests]. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. The pool is 11mx5m and the back garden with views to the sixth fairway is mainly lawn with table tennis, badminton and croquet.

Lovely place to stay
Very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable villa with a great pool and outside area. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly to our enquiries and made good recommendations. The 5th bedroom can only be accessed from the garden so not suitable for young children. But plenty of room and extra beds for 4 in bedroom 4. We had a lovely stay and would recommend!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones excelentes. La playa de la Barrosa está muy cerca, a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Está junto al campo de golf del Campano, de hecho, la parte trasera de la casa da al mismo campo de Golf. La finca está muy bien, con espacio suficiente y un jardin bastante bien cuidado y con bastante sombra. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila, por lo que se descansa y se duerme muy bien. La piscina es grande y está muy bien. Tiene mesa de ping-pong. Tiene 5 habitaciones, una de ellas pequeña con 2 camas individuales, que para acceder a ella, tienes que salir al jardin, lo cual en verano, no es un problema. Tiene 3 dormitorios dobles, con camas supletorias con baños completos incluidos en los dormitorios, y otro dormitorio doble con el baño fuera. La casa, está francamente bien. En general, hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa está muy bien y seguramente repitamos.

Die Villa ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus auf dem Gelände des San Andres Golfplatzes. Da es Nachts doch noch ziemlich frisch war , waren wir über die ausgezeichnete Zentralheizung sehr froh. Die Villa ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Es war das dritte von uns gemietete Haus in Chiclana und eindeutig das Beste. Die Lage ist direkt am Golfplatz. Den vorhandenen Pool konnten wir so früh im Jahr (leider) natürlich nicht ausprobieren. Die Übernahme zu Beginn und die Übergabe am Ende des Urlaubs war völlig unproblematisch. Für uns als Golfspieler war die Lage natürlich ausgezeichnet und der Campano/San Andres Golfplatz ist sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Die Betreiber des Golfplatzes und das ganze Team ist zudem sehr, sehr freundlich, die Preise moderat. Die anderen vier Golfplätze sind auch in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt und nach Novo Sancti Petri und dem La Barrosa Strand fährt man auch nur 10 Minuten. Es hat uns wirklich ausgezeichnet gefallen, ich würde die Villa wieder mieten. Excelente, gracias!

Very highly recommended. Amazing location (views to the golf course from the garden), close to the beach (by car), supermarkets, Chiclana and Conil town... The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed a lot the huge pool and ping pong table in the garden as we were a bit unlucky with the weather for the beach. Very good contact with the owner and he was very supportive of us and organised a couple of things we asked for. We'll repeat next year for sure! Thank you Ian for everything.

Superbe maison avec beaucoup de prestations. Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques en Espagne et avons pu profiter de cette très belle maison et de la très grande piscine. La résidence est très calme et proches des commerces. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location.

Nos ha encantado la casa, vacaciones geniales y muy tranquilas. Para repetir. La zona, muy tranquila; mucho equipamiento de ocio (piscina grande, mesa de madera, sombrillas y tumbonas nuevas, mesa de ping pong, raquetas y red de badminton, bolas de petanca); interior de la casa muy grande; salón muy confortable; cocina muy completa; camas muy grandes y cómodas.

Excellent for extended family including young grand children. Very secure; lots of space to swim and play. Very good bedrooms and kitchen and eating spaces. Owner provided very helpful local information.

Wir haben mit drei Familien (11 Personen) einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus genossen. Die Zimmer waren groß, die Küche sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen großen Pool, einen schönen Garten und einen guten Grill sowie einen Gasgrill für Paella.

El alojamiento está fenomenal en una zona tranquila para desconectar del trabajo y la rutina. Quizás un poco lejos de la playa pero ideal para aquellas personas que vayan realmente a descansar. La casa limpia y cuidada, bastante práctica con las suficientes comodidades para hacer fácil la estancia.
