This three bedroomed [5 people], three bathroom house with a large private garden and back porch is quietly situated on Los Jardines with its spacious gardens and pool. The house has full gas central heating and floor fans; ideal for summer & winter guests. Downstairs there is a guest cloakroom, the fully fitted kitchen, the lounge and dining room and the third bedroom, with ensuite. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite and terrace, the second bedroom with a terrace plus family bathroom and an internal staircase leading to the roof terrace.

We stayed for a large part of the winter in San Andres Golf and much appreciated the property. Its description and contents were accurate. It is a very pleasant house in a very well maintained gated small area of fourteen identical properties. The house benefits from excellent gas central heating and the kitchen has everything needed. The various terraces enable sunbathing right throughout the winter. The house is ideally placed for shorter and longer visits to various villages and towns in the surrounding countryside and Chiclana has a wonderful beach for long walks. In winter it was possible for our dog to have many a run on the beach.

La casa es sencilla pero cómoda. La zona comunitaria es pequeña pero muy cuidada, además, siempre estábamos solos. Las vistas del segundo piso son bonitas, dan al campo de golf. Hay mucho silencio. Lo pasamos muy bien.

Ideal para desconectar. Estancia muy agradable. Repetiremos

Les indications et renseignements du vendeur sont impeccable. La maison est vraiment spacieuse, très bien équipée, et très propre, c'est même encore mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Tout a été mis en œuvre par IAN THOMAS pour que l'on passe les meilleures des vacances. Sur place, l'accueil et le suivi est optimal, MERCI CARLOS!! Je recommande sincèrement et sans réserve cette maison à tous ceux et celles qui veulent profiter du meilleur de l'Andalousie, dans un cadre formidable
