This pretty two bedroom two bathroom house is one of fourteen quietly situated in a gated community. The house has a small private garden and views over the golf course. Naturally cool due to the east west orientation with fans for the summer the house also has full gas fired central heating making it ideal for summer and winter guests

Las Abubillas is one of only fourteen townhouses with private parking, swimming pool and pristine grounds. We found it clean, spacey, comfortable and well equipped. From the master bedroom we could see the sun rising over the green golf course, dotted with a variety of local pine trees, while white egrets scoured for insects. Perfectly peaceful, yet very close to beaches, restaurants and sightseeing destinations. Nearby El Colorado keeps the flavor of a local village, and features a supermarket among other smaller grocery shops, gas stations and many restaurants for all tastes and budgets. We went for walks in the beach (during wintertime!) and were struck by the beauty of the area. Ian is very professional and friendly, he replied to all my questions promptly and his recommendations were very valuable. We were received by Carlos, who addressed our questions and concerns immediately. We could not ask for anything more, and hope to come back to this corner of paradise.
Todo conforme a lo anunciado. Todo muy bien estancia tranquila y casa limpia y equipada.
Es una casa que en cuanto a limpieza y estado de las mejores en las que he estado. La casa está en en campo de golf, un lugar tranquilo en el que no se oye nada. Tuvimos la piscina para nosotros solos.
